About Profylakse

Profylakse is a Danish biotech company, founded in 1999 by scientists from University of Southern Denmark.

Profylakse has an experienced development team, working within microbiology, immunology and protein chemistry for 3 decades. Read about the management group here.  

Our focus is on the development of antivirals, not vaccines, especially against influenza and parainfluenza viruses.

This has resulted in our antiviral recombinant SAP.

Profylakse´s investor base is the Danish Technological Institute and the South Danish Innovations.
